We provide practical methods and support to build financial discipline. Our aim is to give you the tools and guidance to sort out your money worries over three months. This service is for educational and coaching purposes to help you manage your own finances better.

What We Expect from You (Your Bit)

For our program to work, your commitment is key. We expect you to:

• Be honest and upfront about your financial situation.
• Follow the practical steps and advice we provide.
• Turn up for scheduled sessions and complete any agreed tasks.
• Understand that getting debt-free requires effort from your side.

The success of the 90-day plan depends on you putting the work in with our support.

Important Bits: What We Are and Aren't

It's important to be clear: Mersey Money Management is not a regulated financial advisory firm. We don't offer specific investment advice, debt consolidation services, or act as debt management companies. We are financial coaches who provide educational tools and strategies for you to apply to your own financial situation. We give you proven methods, but we can't guarantee exact results because everyone's situation is different and success depends on your efforts. We can't take on your debt for you, but we'll show you how to tackle it.

Payments and Our Fees

Our core service, the 90-Day Debt Freedom Intensive, costs a one-off payment of £399. This payment is due in full before the intensive program officially begins. We'll give you all the details on how to pay when you sign up. All prices are in Great British Pounds (£).

Cancelling and Refunds

If you decide our program isn't for you, here's how it works:

• You can cancel within 14 days of booking and before the program officially starts for a full refund. Just let us know in writing.
• Once the 90-day intensive has begun, no refunds will be given. This is because we commit our time and resources to you from day one.

We encourage you to be sure before starting, but if life throws a curveball, talk to us.

We take your privacy seriously. Any personal and financial information you share with us is handled according to our Privacy Policy. You can find that policy on our website. By using our services, you agree to how we collect, use, and store your data as outlined there. We won't sell your data, simple as that.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disagreements that can't be sorted out directly will be dealt with under English and Welsh law. We hope it never comes to that, mind.
